Public Workshops

Yoga-2-Go workshops are like a retreat on a Sunday afternoon.

Usually 3 1/2 hours long and include a Yoga-2-Go session, short guided relaxation, restorative yoga session, Yoga Nidra and Do-In followed by a plant based afternoon tea and beverages. A workbook detailing techniques from the workshop is our gift to all participants. We also do private workshops for small groups of 6-10 people, designed just for you.

Workshop topics can include:

  • Rest and Reset - unwinding from stresses of daily life

  • Restorative

  • Back pain

  • Focus on Fitness

  • Speciality support for sports, e.g. running, cycling, rowing, etc

  • Healthy weight & digestion

  • Seasonal - Summer, Late Summer, Spring, Winter, Autumn

Space limited to 10 participants. Cost is $60 each.

Build Your Own Workshops

We can do private workshops for groups - friends, family, maybe part of a hen's night? We'll build it especially for your group so whether your fitness junkies or just need some super relaxing "me time", there's a workshop for you! We can use a venue of your choice, the secret Raglan studio or one of our Hamilton or Te Kowhai venues (depending on availability). We can provide snacks and beverages for afternoon tea or you can cater this yourself - totally up to you!
