One hour class of strength and conditioning coaching for men.
Strength Stretched Out:
The class will typically start with a warm-up which will be quite moving and dynamic movement building to working deeper into the body's structures and systems. Usually we will work towards some more challenging techniques toward the end and warm down. Each class will finish with a short roller session.
The techniques employed work the body's meridians and is about working your own range of movement. It is suitable for all ranges of fitness and stages of flexibility. Props and modifications are provided as needed.
