Take a break and give your body a reset with an afternoon of yoga.

Focused on reducing embodied anxiety, moving on stuck stress and bringing yourself into deep relaxation - this workshop is like a yoga retreat on a Sunday afternoon!

The 3 hour workshop includes: breath work * Yoga-2-Go practice* guided relaxation * Hatha stress relief practice * restorative sequence * yoga nidra

The workshop is followed by afternoon tea and you will receive a workbook to bring home with you.
